Before accepting an order, we check the image’s resolution, sharpness, lighting and suitability for the requested size. If the photograph is unlikely to print well, we will explain the limitation and recommend a smaller size or another image where possible.
The assessment checks the technical suitability of the supplied file. It does not guarantee that missing detail, heavy blur or poor lighting can be repaired.
